Saat ini ada banyak produk facial scrub yang mudah penggunaannya dan aman digunakan secara mandiri di rumah. Produk-produk ini menggunakan asam AHA dan BHA. Contoh asam AHA yang sering kita jumpai adalah asam glikolat, asam sitrat, asam laktat, asam tartarat dan asam malat.
Sedangkan contoh asam BHA adalah asam salisilat. Untuk penggunaan mingguan, pilih produk yang mengandung asam BHA sekitar 0,5-5% saja. Sedangkan asam AHA tidak melebihi konsentrasi 10%. Produk dengan AHA dan BHA yang terlalu tinggi justru akan membahayakan kulit.
8. Pijat Wajah Dengan Face Oil Yang Lembut
Pijat wajah menggunakan face oil adalah perawatan mingguan yang bisa dilakukan jika Anda tidak ingin menggunakan masker. Kombinasi antara pijat wajah dan face oil akan membuat wajah kencang, cerah, lembut dan sehat.
